It's a fully integrated application with all the tools you need to create professional designs. Use raster or vector images as references and digitize them automatically or manually, add texts using quality pre-digitized fonts or using any TrueType font, edit objects and stitches with precision and ease then export designs to machines in most commercial formats.

Use artwork from any source. The digitizing process can start from bitmap/raster graphic files or vector graphics, coming from websites or created in other commercial graphics applications, photo images obtained with a camera or scanner, and images or vectors imported from other graphics applications.

The digitizing process can also start from drawings created in this application.

Vectorize Raster/Bitmap Images

Vectorize raster/bitmap images. When using raster images, the included vectorizer tools, helps you to quickly convert them into vector images.

The vector objects created by the vectorizer tool are easier to manipulate and edit and can be used to create the embroidery objects in a rush.

Smart Design

The Smart design tool accelerates the designs creation and editing tasks. It allows to create an embroidery object with a selected fill style with a simple click on a vector object. It also offers the fastest way to create embroidery objects with a given fill style when digitizing on raster images.

In addition, smart design tool can be used on editing to convert between different object types with a single click.

Object's Shape Editing

Object's shape can be fully edited. All the geometric elements like nodes, holes, curves, etc. can be freely moved, added or deleted. Objects can also be scaled and rotated graphically or using precise tools.

The whole geometric editing process is comfortable and intuitive. For embroidery objects and inmediately upon changes, Stitch Era re-process the modified object to generate the stitches according to the new shape.

Object's Fill Style Editing

Embroidery objects can be filled with different stitches styles, and each style can be adjusted according to user preference by editing the fill style properties.

Once filling properties of each object are specified, they can be changed as much as necessary to get the expected result.

Stitch Era automatically recalculates the object's stitches to reflect the changes made to its fill properties.

Stitch Editing

Lettering System with Pre-Digitized Fonts

The lettering system includes a library of fonts that have been pre-digitized by designers, so that the user can insert texts as simply as typing text and selecting the preferred font.

The user can also choose the layout of letters, modify it, scale and position each letter individually.

Lettering system with True Type Fonts

The lettering system allows the use of True-Type fonts. Fonts installed on the computer and thousands of new fonts available online can be easily used.

Embroidery designs with texts can be created in a few seconds by simply entering the characters, choosing the font and indicating the proper stitch style.

Synchronized Multiple-Views

Stitch Era offers several views to present the information of the objects within the designs.The work area is the main view; it shows all objects graphically in their location on the design.

Complementary views include the design map, the sequence view, the list of elements, the satellite view and the simulation view.
